Open Access Policy

Academic Journal Research (ACJOURE) is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription fees, registration requirements, or other access barriers.

The journal supports the principle that free access to scholarly research contributes to the wider dissemination, visibility, use, and advancement of knowledge.

Copyright

Copyright of articles published in Academic Journal Research remains with the author(s).

Authors grant Academic Journal Research and Antis Publisher the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, preserve, and identify the article as originally published in this journal.

Authors retain the right to use, distribute, reproduce, and deposit their published work in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license.

Licensing

Articles published in Academic Journal Research are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Under this license, users are permitted to share and adapt the published material for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source, a link to the license is provided, any changes are indicated, and derivative works are distributed under the same license.

Author Rights

Authors retain copyright and may:

  • share and distribute the published article;
  • use the article for teaching and scholarly purposes;
  • reuse parts of the article in future works with appropriate citation;
  • deposit the submitted, accepted, or published version in institutional or subject repositories, personal websites, or other scholarly platforms, subject to proper citation and the applicable Creative Commons license; and
  • include the article in theses, dissertations, books, or other scholarly works, where appropriate.

Repository and Self-Archiving Policy

ACJOURE permits authors to deposit versions of their manuscripts in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial scholarly repositories.

Authors may deposit:

  • the submitted manuscript;
  • the accepted manuscript; and
  • the final published version of record.

When depositing the published version, authors should provide the complete bibliographic citation and DOI linking to the version of record on the Academic Journal Research website.

No embargo period is imposed by the journal for self-archiving.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material that is not covered by the article's Creative Commons license.

Third-party material included in an article may be subject to different copyright or licensing terms. Such material must be clearly identified where applicable.

Machine-Readable Licensing

Academic Journal Research provides licensing information on published article pages and seeks to include the applicable Creative Commons license in article metadata and PDF files to support machine-readable identification of reuse rights.

Previous Licensing Terms

Articles published in earlier volumes may have been released under different Creative Commons licenses. The license displayed on each individual article at the time of publication remains applicable to that article.

The current licensing policy applies to articles published under the journal's present licensing framework.
